Carla has more than 12 years as an HR expert in tech startups, especially in working as a People Leader in hyper-growth environments. She started her career in the ecosystem building and managing the HR team of 99, and after that had the opportunity to join Yellow as a founding team member, where she managed and participated in M&A strategy, ending up as the HR leader for Latam at Grow (the combined entity after the merger of Yellow and Grin). In the past few years, she has built and managed her own HR consulting company called Ellas and, most recently, had a key role at Softbank Latam, helping build from scratch the HR strategy for its portfolio companies, focusing on value creation and portfolio support. She is personally passionate about helping the tech startup ecosystem, especially founders and leaders facing the challenges of scaling up. At the same time, she is an active Endeavor advisor and has done multiple angel investments prior to ONEVC. She joined the ONEVC team as Head of Portfolio Support.
