Gisele is the Head of Talent Acquisition at ONEVC. She holds a bachelor's degree in law from PUC-Rio and transitioned into Human Resources after completing her Master’s degree in HR Management at NYU. Following two years in New York City, she joined Heidrick & Struggles, a leading global executive search firm.
Over the course of six years, she worked within the Global Technology and Services Practice, while also recruiting for Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies. In this dual role, she advised clients on senior-level searches, with a focus on Finance, HR, and Business leadership positions.
Passionate about startups and the tech ecosystem, Gisele recently joined ONEVC as Head of Talent Acquisition. In this role, she partners closely with portfolio founders to help them build high-performing teams from the ground up.
